Lee Sloan, MD

Practice Administrator

Dr. Sloan established Center for Women's Surgery with Dr. Garcia in early 2005 and oversees all administrative issues.  She is an Endocrinologist with a special interest in women's health, metabolic syndrome and obesity.  Dr. Sloan can address administrative questions about the practice.                                 

Jamie Lohse

Clinical Manager

Jamie began as medical assistant to Dr. Garcia in 2007.  She is the clinical manager for Center for Women's Surgery and is responsible for all clinical issues regarding patient care including surgery scheduling.  She helps Dr. Garcia with all in-office patient care and directly assists with in-office procedures.  

Angela Tye

Office Assistant

Angela joined the staff in 2007 and is the insurance and billing specialist for the office.  She can assist with questions about insurance coverage and billing issues.

Rachel De Herrera

Office Assistant

Rachel joined the staff in 2008 and assists with patient appointment scheduling, medical records and reception.  Rachel can assist patients in acquiring medical records from referring practicioners and answer questions regarding new patient appointments.

Denise Walinsky, MD

Surgical Assistant

Dr. Walinsky is a board certified obstetrician and gynecologist who began working with Center for Women's Surgery in 2006 as surgical assistant to Dr. Garcia.  Dr. Walinsky completed her residency training in Baltimore and was a recent faculty member of the Department of OB/Gyn of Franklin Square Hospital in Baltimore.  She also currently serves as the Medical Director for Molina Healthcare of NM.
